Among our more interesting antique historical documents, this French land purchase agreement, dated 1813, was notarized by an agent of the Imperial House of Bourbon in the Lyon province. A beautiful example of official period manuscripts, on single 16" x 24" page laid paper, folded in half for four written pages. Translated.
