Originally self-published in 2011 as a $0.99 ebook on Amazon, the book caught the attention of science fiction fans worldwide who snapped up 35,000 copies of it in less than three months.

This stunning Subterranean Press Edition is oversized—10″ x 7 1/4″—and is limited to 750 signed and numbered hardcover copies, plus a very limited number of Publishers Copies (“PC”) set aside for VIPs (of which ours is one), and 26 Lettered and signed leatherbound copies, housed in a custom traycase.
